United's Aviate program offers an active partner flight school entry path that starts with a Commercial Pilot Certificate and Instrument Rating and includes a panel interview and technical skill interview. Aviate participants can transition to United as a First Officer after building toward ATP minimums, often by flying for an Aviate participating United Express carrier.
