Gem Air has flown backcountry charters into the Frank Church and Selway Bitterroot wilderness areas since 1982, along with year round regional passenger and freight service across the Pacific Northwest. The company hires PIC only, with minimums of 1,000 total hours and a multi engine land rating, and posts both summer seasonal and year round openings. Seasonal applicants are encouraged to apply in early January.
