Propel is the joint Delta and Endeavor Air pilot career path program, offering a single interview process that streamlines qualified candidates into Endeavor Air and on to a Qualified Job Offer at Delta after meeting Endeavor's Career Advancement Program requirements. The Collegiate and CFI path is open to students and graduates of Delta affiliated university and flight school programs who are actively instructing as a CFI.
