Allegiant's Accelerate program takes university flight students into a structured cadet pathway that ends with a conditional job offer as an Allegiant First Officer, including sponsored ATP-CTP training. Applicants need a private pilot certificate with instrument rating, a first class medical, and must be at least 19 to apply and 21 to attend ATP-CTP. Cadets complete their university's Part 141 curriculum while meeting program milestones.
